Fierce Competition – Game 2

We have incorporated a new G2/Rank column on the Leaderboard so players can conveniently follow the action of Game2.

• After nudging ahead of goforbroke in Game 1 to secure 5th position, StonedSmurfz quickly rose to first position in Game 2. His strong portfolio is achieving high points, maintaining that first position.
• There has been a significant increase in members meaning more stiff competition with the likes of MurphysLaw rapidly approaching the top of the ladder in 2nd position.
• Next is TheWok coming in at 3rd for both Game 2 and overall Total Points. From here the gap between players is very narrow with volatile rankings changing by the day.
  

With 4 months remaining it is early days and as we know anything can happen before December the 10th.

Let The Games Begin! – Game 3

Game 3 begins on Monday August the 10th with players having access to a new portfolio and Leaderboard in Version 1.9. Over 3 months (game ceases October 9), the top 3 players with the highest "Estimated Total" (includes stock portfolio, cash & dividends) will be declared the winners.

So make sure you activate Game 3 on Monday!

StockWatch Version 1.9 

Version 1.9 of StockWatch has some enhancements we are confident members will appreciate. Some of the main differences you will notice include:

• A pull down menu in the top right allowing players to select between different games (different Leaderboards and portfolios).
• A more efficient and faster loading Leaderboard page
• Let’s Be Realistic! Now the game specifies for each stock an “Ask Price” and “Bid Price” for the purposes of trading stock. This is the price offered to you by other traders in the real stock market. You will have to meet these prices before your stock will buy or sell.
• More checkerbox information with the Profit Gain (%) for each member (for the last 130 days)
