Happy New Financial Year
Who Wants To Win Some Money!
Greetings StockWatchers, we have had ourselves an exciting month of trade simulation with some games ending, continuing and soon more to begin. It’s great to see questions and discussion in the shoutbox because no matter how rookie you think your question is, chances are there are scores of other members wanting to know the same thing, so don’t be afraid. Ask away, this is a place of learning.
Master Account Finale
Last time we mentioned how unlikely (though still possible) it would be for MurphysLaw’s law to be overtaken on the Master Account Leaderboard. We were in for a closer finish than expected as the likes of lazzaa and MyeGoodbye rapidly approached MurlphysLaw top spot.
Ultimately, MurphysLaw was able to hold position to take out first prize yet again leaving the trailers with consolation prizes. But there’s a change in the air as the Master Account game continues with MurphysLaw dropping to third position and a measly 10 points separating first and fifth position.
Players finished the Master Account game in the following order

Game 5
Game 5 was all about getting the highest Portfolio Value by the end of Financial Year. This turned out to be a very interesting game indeed with what seemed like a game to be dominated by D1ckeKnee. Some strategic moves saw the likes of Schlepstar surpass D1ckeKnee to take home the $600. There was very little difference between the 4 consolation positions with a tight fight for 5th position in the last hour of competition leaving NickCarne with $100 and CPatto in sixth.

The Investors Challenge
The investors challenge is full steam ahead with months left until D Day. In the meantime, players are being more stringent with their trading given the 30 trade limit. Ratdog is currently in first position with little difference in portfolio values at this stage.
More Games
"Who cares who won those games, it wasn’t me!" I hear you say. Good News, Game 7 is in the pipe works with some surprise features that we are confident will excite members and we’ll be announcing the next leg of competition for the Master Account.
